I was just introduced to a program called Kroger Community Rewards, where 5% of your purchases go to help non-profit organizations! Kroger has set aside 5,000,000 to go to these organizations and all you have to do is sign up and you’ll be automatically helping every time you swipe your Kroger Plus Card! And the best part is…it’s FREE!
To get started, just go here.
Choose your State* and “Enroll”.
Sign into your Kroger.com account (or register) and fill out your information.
You’ll then need to search for your organization. It also says “or choose from list”, but there was nothing listed, so what I did was just typed in “Buckeye” and several organizations came up. I chose Campfire USA Buckeye Council because that is who contacted me. If you don’t have an organization in mind, please choose this one for my friend Pam.
You should then see your rewards program listed along with all of your other account information…you are good to go! Now everytime you swipe your card, your organization gets money! How awesome is that?
*All areas in Ohio except: Cincinnati, Dayton, and Springfield. All areas in Michigan except Lambertville. Also includes: Lambertville, MI; Weirton, WV; and Wheeling, WV.

Allure is again offering some great daily freebies starting Monday, April 5th through Thursday, April 8th! You must go here at exactly 12 Noon (EST) each day to be one of the first 500 to enter. Here’s a list of of the freebies!
April 5: SkinCeuticals Sheer Physical UV Defense SPF 50 – This broad-spectrum, oil-absorbing lotion doesn’t look chalky or greasy, which means it’s perfect under makeup.
April 6: Pureology HydraWhip – Deep conditioning isn’t just for the thick-haired among us: This avocado-and-shea-butter treatment has a soufflé-like consistency that quenches fine, color-treated hair without weighing it down or turning it limp.
April 7: Tarte Park Ave Princess Matte Waterproof Bronzer – This golden pressed powder gives a warm, natural-looking glow that’s entirely glitter-free and lasts all day.
April 8: Catwalk by TIGI Curlesque Curls Rock Amplifier – When our curls are frizzy and out of control—in other words, often—a few dabs of this panthenol-and-jojoba-oil lotion on dry hair makes them behave.

This week CVS has an ECB deal for The John Frieda Collection. If you spend 15.00, you get $5.00 ECB. Well, the products are of course priced at $4.99 each which means you have to get 4 in order to qualify for the ECB. Apparently, the ECB is generating with just 3 products purchased…$0.03 under. Here’s the math:
Buy (3) John Frieda Shampoo or Conditioner – $4.99 = $5.00 ECB (limit 1)
Use (3) $3.00 Q from 3/7 SS (regional)
Pay $5.97, get back $5.00 ECB
Final cost is $0.32 each!
