Went to the Lowe’s in Toledo Ohio and the cost was $9.97.
Is the price only in a particular area?
The Lowes in my area only allows Lowes coupons….if it doesn’t have Lowes somewhere on the coupon they will not accept them.
My problem was not that they would not accept the coupon the item was not one sale for 3.98
