Here are what I consider to be the Kroger Must-Do Deals for the week 7/16 – 7/22. My matchups are based on the Great Lakes/Columbus region, so be sure to check your ad for slight price variations.
The majority of these are carry-overs from last week and are ALL included in the Mega Sale. The Mega Event prices I have listed here reflect the additional $0.50 per item savings assuming you purchase 10 participating items.
**I don’t include meat and produce deals in this list because they vary so much by region. Be sure to check your local ad for those must-do deals!

My Kroger deals are based on the ad for Ohio (Great Lakes/Columbus Region). The ad week starts on Monday. My Kroger doubles up to and including $0.50, so that is the math I do. If an item is priced 2/$5 (for example), you do not have to purchase 2 items to receive the $2.50 each price. Check your local store for policies regarding this. Pricing varies by region, so check your ad for slight discrepancies.
As promised, here is the rest of this week’s Kroger ad! This is also the 2nd week of the “What A Deal” Mega Sale. I have already posted the Mega Sale Full Inclusions List HERE – which in my opinion are where all of the great deals are this week! The rest of the ad includes good deals on produce, meat and lots of Kroger brand items!
