Couple things about this coupon: It does state “not subject to doubling”; however, the bar code begins with a “5″ which means it will double automatically. My guess is that your POM fruit is so cheap because it’s not at the height of freshness? I think ours are still $1.50 apiece, but they are still big and bright and ripe. I was happy to pay 50 cents with the coupon. We do get bags of these put on our quick sale rack from time to time, though (not the POM brand). Twice, I’ve gotten bags with 3-5 pomegranates in them for only 99 cents apiece! You have to pick through, as some of the seeds need to be tossed, but still way worth it.
