coupon not printing says printing but nonthing ever happens

I have been getting the same thing since this coupon came out on Common Kindness. The coupon says it is printing, but my printer is never initiated. If anyone knows why, please let us know. Thanks.
The coupons have never printer for me once in the past 2-3 months. Before that they printed always. Commonkindness is aware of the problems people are having apparently but still have not found a solution.

I had the same problem too. It said the coupon printed but nothing happened. I left the tab open, and about 5 minutes later, to my surprise, the coupon printed!
It’s pretty discouraging. I’ve tried to print for months and still can’t. No way to contact their web assistance because it’s not hooked up either!! “Appeared” to be a good cause web site
