Just went to use this and was told it was a bad bar code. Not sure why that happened but I could not use it. Did this happen to anyone else?
Happened to me but the Kroger people were super nice and pushed it through. They told me the computer was telling them it was “Barcode Error”. I thought it looked weird when it printed out but I was also running out of ink.

I got the barcode error at my store too. I tried using it on some mini silk pies, and the cashier told me that I had to use them on fruit pies…..so, I went and got two mini fruit pies and it still wouldn’t work. She did go ahead and push it through, so I got two small pies for $1. (with 2 coupons)
No scanning for me either. This is the second time I have tried this week. The tried to tell me I copied it because the barcodes have the same number on them. Well of course they do, it’s the pin number that is different on each one. SOOOOO frustrated.

I had one coupon left and just got denied. This time they didn’t push it through and just said they wouldn’t get reimbursed and just handed the coupon back. Probably pushed my luck. I wonder if what the explanation for the problem is.
I had the same trouble – being told it was a bad bar code. One Kroger call the manager and after a long discussion did an override. Another Kroger denied it. Giant Eagle did an overrride – no questions at all.
