You’re not going to believe this!!! If you’ve been waiting to purchase the “FREE” Kodak Printer from OfficeMax because you don’t know how you would spend that much at OfficeMax with your Rewards…then listen to what I just found out!

MaxPerks rewards cannot be used to purchase OfficeMax gift cards, but all other gift cards are eligible. They have Visa, Amex, JC Penney, Kohls and many many more gift cards avaialable in store for you to purchase using your MaxPerks Rewards!

This has been confirmed with MaxPerks Rewards Customer Service (1-866-MAXPERKS)! SA-weet!

I don’t have an OfficeMax in my town, so I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t be able to recoup my rewards…BUT NOW…I am ordering my printer (maybe 2!) TODAY now that I don’t have to worry about how to spend my rewards!!

Here’s yesterday’s post, to refresh your memory…

First you need to register with MaxPerks Rewards. It’s FREE!

Office Max is offering a Kodak ESP 5250 All-in-One Printer for $99.99. But get this: you get 100% of that amount back in MaxPerks Rewards, which is just like CASH to spend at Office Max!

Plus, the limit is 2 – so you can potentially grab 2 for FREE! SA-weet!! This deal is available online ONLY…and I would jump on this before they sell out!

I’ve been looking for an all-in-one printer with cheaper ink cartridges…and these new Kodak printers are known for inexpensive ink!

(thanks SO MUCH Hip2Save!)

Hello! Did you specify NON-Office Max Gift Cards? I read on another forum that this has been successfully done. However, feel free to call the number I provided to find out for yourself. That's a lot of money to be "stuck" with if you don't plan on doing any Office Max shopping! Let me know what you find out.

Update: From https://www.officemaxperks.com: "Qualifying merchandise is any product and/or service in our retail stores, online or in our catalogs, except: computers, gift cards, general use prepaid cards, phone cards, Sprint® service plans, purchases with a Retail ConnectSM card, sales tax and purchases made prior to the date of enrollment. Purchases with your MaxPerks Reward Card do not count toward the qualifying spend requirement. Please see officemax.com/maxperks for full program details." Some are reading the "gift cards" exclusion to mean office max gift cards, not the others. Looks like this one is going to be a gamble since several readers are getting different responses when they call corporate. And then on top of that...local managers have the right to refuse it as well.

Do you happen to have the link where you found the "other cards are eligible"? Our store manager claims its corporate policy to NOT allow purchase of gift cards. Thanks :)
