Did you know that enough women to fill the entire city of Los Angeles suffer from constipation regularly? – that’s 4 million women. However, constipation ranks as one of the top women’s health issues women are least likely to discuss, according to a new national survey from the makers of Dulcolax. What’s more, it also accounts for 2.5 million physician visits a year.

Dulcolax Laxative Tablets for Women have a comfort coating that protects the stomach and helps women’s bodies relieve constipation. It gives women the gentle help they want, and the strength they need for effective constipation relief. You can go here to find product coupons.

Order by categories and look through each category everytime you add a printed coupon to it, that way, you can also throw out those expired coupons at the same time.

In your organizer, include a place for each store you shop. Place coupons in those areas when you figure out which ones to use at each store.

Being organized is what really helps me! I cut out all coupons and have a binder that is set up like the aisles in my favorite store. That way I know where they are when I need them! Thanks for all your help too! I love my coupons!! =)

Don't get behind on clipping your coupons because you will be so overwhelmed and won't know you have a coupon that you needed until later.

Make sure you weed out your expired coupons on a regular basis! Also, before the month is over, go through them for anything that you might really need, so you don't find it when it expired by a day or two

Jessica

May 22, 201201:31 pm

Best coupon organization tip, only clip what you need and file your inserts by date. This will keep the coupons you know you will use in your binder and make it easier to find those coupons you need for unexpected great deals! It also saves you a ton of time from clipping all those coupons!

Katherine

May 22, 201201:30 pm

I make my grocery list and take all my coupons out of my big binder and put them in a small one I take with me on my shopping trip,I put each coupons in a different pocket for each store I am going to along with my list for that store and it is easy to just get my list and at checkout I just pull out the coupons for that store.so easy I go to three stores or four each week.

Remove expired q's every week before you file your new ones!

Trish

May 22, 201201:22 pm

Whatever filing system you use, make sure you get your coupons organized and filed as soon as possible. It's frustrating when they pile up and you have a ton of coupons to try to get organized! I also like to have a separate section for coupons I am certain I will use. Then I don't have to go searching for them or worry about not using them before they expire.

Kristan Kovich

May 22, 201201:22 pm

Don't wait to cut them out. Otherwise it gets way too easy to get behind!
