Seems that there is no signup/register option and you have to log in to be able to request your sample and coupons so this one is a bust unless I am mistaken.

You have to register and create your profile first. Everything similar to Vocal Point, but it's for spanish speaking people. Google chrome did all the translation for me. I am not sure, though if it was worth it.

I highly recommend you use Google Chrome to help you translate if you're like me and took French in high school and college ;) Easy to register (see the link that someone posted above) and then I just had to edit my address and city because it automatically plugged everything in.
