We received a great high value $1.50 coupon this past weekend that I wanted to make sure didn’t go missed.  Right now the smaller 2 oz bottle (not labeled trial or travel) is on sale for $0.89 so you’ll be able to get that for free plus possible coupon overage.  We also have a $1.50 Kroger Digital Coupon available that can be used on the larger bottles.

I had a problem today when I tried to use the 1.50 off on the 2oz bottle. The cashier didn't understand the coupon and went to customer service. The customer service lady came over and said I couldn't use the coupon because it had to be off the pump shown on the coupon. I told her the coupon said Any suave lotion, so it could be used on any. Then she said it couldn't be used because it was only one per purchase, even when I said each one I buy is a purchase, she wouldn't let me use it. She was terrible.

I most often see this happen when I purchase clearance makeup.

Actually, I have this issue all the time. My krogers will adjust the coupon to the right amount every time. And the manager told me that anytime a cashier argues, just finish my purchase without the coupon and head straight to customer service afterwards. I have to do this often, but they are fast and polite about giving me a refund on the diff.

Kroger digital coupon policy states that they can not be used if the item is less than the coupon. I learned that the hard way on the suave professionals shampoo.

I tried the digital coupon and it would not come off so I just voided the item.

The suave coupon beeped on the $0.89 lotion. One cashier said it was because the lotion was less than the coupon so they manual put in $.89. On the other hand the $3 evenflo coupon went through with no beeping on the $1.39 single bottle. So overage with it!!!
