We're not big fans of this to eat plain, so if anyone else is the same way, let me tell ya...it makes for some of the BEST muffins!!!!!!!!!! I used the vanilla in some banana oat bran muffins and also in some pumpkin oat muffins. Thanks for the post...I'll definitely pick up another for next week's baking.
