I looked for them to and was unable to find them. I couldn't find the Mrs. Thinsters cookies either.

Bakery area - where the pretzel crackers are at , should be on a display case that is somewhere on the floor, either near the bread section or cheese case, etc (differs from store to store).

Does anyone know where to find these? Are they frozen? I walked the frozen, snacks and breakfast isles but couldn't find them!

Yes, they are frozen. I found them on the same aisle as hot pockets.
