Lifesa, the same thing happened to me . Follow Indyrick’s advise. It works.

Lifesa, that is probably the standard 1% payout for the brand. First look to see if you have a special offer listed in FETCH for Klondike. If you don't then all you get is the standard 1% reward. If you do have a special offer and did not receive the reward, you need to (1) Choose ACTIVITY (2) Select the receipt in question (3) Scroll down towards bottom and select CORRECT RECEIPT (4) Choose the Klondike item (5) Select SCAN BARCODE, then scan it Select UPDATE DETAILS n the bottom of screen. (6) Repeat if you have more than one of the item. Once you submit for review, it will identify the correct product. [YOU ONLY HAVE 3 DAYS TO UPDATE A RECEIPT]
