Those mini ones are so perfect!! I had Bariatric surgery and can’t eat very much and for a splurge those would be the perfect size!! Funfetti on top of that seems like the icing on the cake. My child’s spring break ends this week and she goes back Monday so these would be great for breakfast!!

It’s always amazing to me to see all the wonderful things you can do with even things as simple as cake mix. My kids always have loved funfetti anything and now that they came out with the pancakes it’s like heaven for them, they eat them with fruit,syrup or, Nutella. It’s a fun and delicious snack and breakfast.
