Another Kroger region (Delta) has confirmed that they are no longer doubling coupons. Bill with <a href=\"http:\/\/couponsinthenews.com\/2013\/06\/24\/kroger-were-doing-just-fine-without-double-coupons\/\" target=\"_blank\">Coupons in the News<\/a>\u00a0contacted me just a little bit ago and cofirmed such with an an official statement.<\/p>\n<p>For those of you in the Delta region (which encompasses stores in <strong>Memphis, Arkansas, Mississippi, western Kentucky and southern Missouri<\/strong>)\u00a0&#8211; this policy change will be taking effect <strong>July 10th<\/strong>.
