Another Kroger region (Central) has confirmed that they are no longer doubling coupons. Bill with <a href=\"http:\/\/couponsinthenews.com\/2013\/07\/09\/kroger-keeps-on-killing-doubles\/\" target=\"_blank\">Coupons in the News<\/a>\u00a0contacted me just a little bit ago and cofirmed such with an an official statement.<\/p>\n<p>For those of you in the Central region (which encompasses stores in <strong>Indiana and Illinois, as well as a few stray stores in Missouri, Michigan and Ohio<\/strong>)\u00a0&#8211; this policy change will be taking effect after\u00a0<strong>July 31st<\/strong>. That means your paper coupons will only be accepted at FACE value.<\/p>\n<p>There are promises of lower pricing to help offset this new policy change.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The regions that no longer double coupons are as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Southwest<\/li>\n<li>Delta<\/li>\n<li>Mid-Atlantic<\/li>\n<li>Central<\/li>\n<li>Cincinnati<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-129994\" title=\"Kroger Cenral Region\" alt=\"Kroger Cenral Region\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Snip20130709_60.png\" width=\"507\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Before you vow to boycott Kroger altogether, I encourage you to go through my posts from the last few weeks and notice that the MAJORITY of deals do not require any doubling. You may find that even after taking off the extra $0.50 or $0.60 out of the equation, you may still consider the final cost a stockup price. Of course if you need to vent, feel free to do so in the comments below.
