On top of that, if you have printed before and your luck ran down, I also want to provide you with some tips to get that printer printing again in no time. A circle will appear letting you know that you want to clip the coupon.\u00a0 The coupon will show up on your page as being clipped until you choose to print the coupon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-148446\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Clipped-coupon.png\" alt=\"Clipped coupon\" width=\"316\" height=\"178\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you have chosen all the coupons you&#8217;d like to print and if this is your first time you will need to install a coupon printer.\u00a0 This is safe for your computer and Kroger Krazy will never send you to a site that is unsafe so use your best judgement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Install-Printer.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Install-Printer.png\" alt=\"Install Printer\" width=\"352\" height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin by clicking &#8220;Install Coupon Printer&#8221; and allow the computer to make changes by clicking YES on the next pop up screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Couponbar.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148454\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Couponbar.png\" alt=\"Couponbar\" width=\"323\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you&#8217;re like me, you prefer not to have the Couponbar on your browser.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a total preference but if you&#8217;d rather not have it, uncheck the box BEFORE clicking the next button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>On the next screen, click the circle &#8220;I have read and agree to the terns of this license agreement&#8221; and click next.\u00a0 (Feel free to read but who has time for that.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Finish.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148455\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Finish.png\" alt=\"Finish\" width=\"303\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now run (or walk, whichever you&#8217;d like) because your coupon should be sitting in the printer ready for you to start clipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>:: Say what?\u00a0 Your coupons didn&#8217;t print?<\/h2>\n<p>This is where the frustration sets in but please know that there are many different options that you can try to get these printing.\u00a0 When this happens and you want to test a coupon, make sure you print a coupon that you are not interested in when that coupon starts printing you won&#8217;t miss out on the good ones.\u00a0 Because, that&#8217;s money gone \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I say this all the time but I mean it.\u00a0 First start by switching browsers.\u00a0 I recommend Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer.\u00a0 Make sure that your browsers are up to date as well.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Google Chrome<\/span>: Google Chrome will update automatically as updates are released to the public. When updates are available they&#8217;ll appear on the &#8220;Menu&#8221; Chrome Menu button icon. You can also check to see if you&#8217;re running the latest version of Chrome by clicking on the Menu icon and then clicking About. If Chrome is up to date, it displays a check mark with a notice mentioning you are up to date.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mozilla Firefox<\/span>: Mozilla Firefox will automatically download updates and prompt you when updates are available to install. To determine if the Firefox browser is up to date open the About box by clicking Help in the File menu. If you don&#8217;t see the File menu press the Alt key. In the Help menu click About Firefox to display the About Mozilla Firefox box. If the latest version of Firefox is installed, you will see a &#8220;Firefox is up to date&#8221; message in the about box. Otherwise, you&#8217;ll have an option to download the latest update. If you are unsure if you are running on the latest download, go <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mozilla.org\/en-US\/firefox\/new\/?utm_source=getfirefox-com&amp;utm_medium=referral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Internet Explorer<\/span>: Microsoft updates Microsoft Internet Explorer with its Windows update feature. As long as you&#8217;re installing all of the latest updates from Microsoft you should be running the latest version of Internet Explorer. For more info, go <a href=\"http:\/\/www.update.microsoft.com\/windowsupdate\/v6\/thanks.aspx?ln=en&amp;&amp;thankspage=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Do you have more than one printer attached to your computer?\u00a0 If so, make sure the printer you want to print to is listed as your &#8220;Default Printer&#8221;.\u00a0 If you print to another computer, there&#8217;s a good chance it could still be sitting in a queue so you&#8217;ll have to attach to that printer and put it out there to get it to print.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If your Firewall is set to the highest security settings this may not allow items to print.\u00a0 You can turn off your firewall to print the coupons and then turn it back on as soon as you are finished. I realize this is just another step but sites that I recommend are safe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Uninstall and reinstall your coupon printer.\u00a0 I have had to do this before to get my coupons to start printing and doesn&#8217;t take that long so put this on your list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>:: Printing SmartSource Coupons<\/h2>\n<p>I probably should have added this straight to the top because I know this is the most frustrating aspect of printing coupons.\u00a0 If you are still having problems printing them I really recommend you follow the steps below so you can start printing these high value coupons.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, make sure you clear your browser\u2019s cache and cookies. Do this with the browser you intend to use for printing coupons.\n<ul>\n<li>IE: Internet Options\/Browsing History\/Delete button.<\/li>\n<li>Chrome: History\/Clear browsing data button. Incognito mode CANNOT be used with our coupon printing software, because cookies are used.<\/li>\n<li>Firefox: History\/Clear recent history<\/li>\n<li>Safari: History\/Clear History<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Next, if you\u2019re on Windows, you\u2019ll want to uninstall Java. Go to Control Panel and depending on your operating system you\u2019ll select Programs\/Add or Remove Programs, or Uninstall Programs. This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redplum.com\/help\/uninstalling-reinstalling-java\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article<\/a> explains uninstalling in detail. Make sure you close all browsers before uninstalling Java.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Don\u2019t have Java? Move on to the next step. On a Mac? Read this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redplum.com\/help\/mac-users-great-news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re now ready to install! Click <a href=\"https:\/\/coupons2.smartsource.com\/smartsource2\/static_content\/app\/start.html#\/\">here<\/a> to go to the SmartSource Test Coupon page. Select the coupon and then click the Print button. The software will download, and you\u2019ll need to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When finished, you\u2019ll know it worked when the test coupon prints. You\u2019re almost there! Just one more step!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Select and print the test coupon again, and you\u2019ll get the Protocol Acceptance message. You can set it to remember, click Allow\/Ok\/Launch (depending on the browser), and that\u2019s it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Trust me, it may seem like a lot of work but going through the steps may put you one step closer to printing the coupons!\u00a0 Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/smartsource-printable-coupons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SmartSource<\/a> to start printing and saving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>:: Seriously?\u00a0 I STILL can&#8217;t print with Java 7<\/h2>\n<p>I get it, you&#8217;re frustrated and you just want to give up. Here&#8217;s something else you can try.\u00a0 This WILL be worth it. We both know it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are a Windows user:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>First, close your internet browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome).<\/li>\n<li>Click the Start menu and select Control Panel.<\/li>\n<li>In Control Panel, select &#8220;Programs&#8221;, and then click &#8220;Java&#8221;.\u00a0 This opens the Java Control Panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148468\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/java1.png\" alt=\"java1\" width=\"365\" height=\"184\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the &#8220;Temporary Internet Files&#8221; section, there is a button called &#8220;Settings&#8221;. \u00a0Click this button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/java2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148470\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/java2.png\" alt=\"java2\" width=\"289\" height=\"328\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new window will now pop up and is titled &#8220;Temporary Files Settings&#8221;.\u00a0 Near the bottom click the &#8220;Delete Files&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Java-3-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Java-3-1.png\" alt=\"Java 3-1\" width=\"296\" height=\"234\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the &#8220;Delete Files and Applications&#8221; box appears, make sure all three boxes are checked, including the box next to &#8220;Installed Applications and Applets&#8221;, then click OK. \u00a0This will not hurt your computer \u2013 you\u2019re clearing out a bunch of older files you no longer need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148476\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Java4-1.png\" alt=\"Java4-1\" width=\"261\" height=\"206\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Close the popup boxes to return to the main Java Control Panel window. \u00a0Click the &#8220;Security&#8221; tab.<\/li>\n<li>Set the security level to &#8220;Medium&#8221;, then click Apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Java-5-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-148478\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Java-5-1.png\" alt=\"Java 5-1\" width=\"276\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click OK to exit out of the Java Control Panel. \u00a0Restart your browser and try printing again. \u00a0Your browser may prompt you to allow printing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a Mac user then you will follow the same steps only you&#8217;ll get there a little differently.
