Make your own Smoothie Bowl with Katie!<\/h1>\n

If you’re like me, you’re living out of your pantry, refrigerator and freezer.\u00a0 Although this really isn’t a bad thing, it’s sometimes difficult to come up with a meal.\u00a0 I am always stocked up on items to make my homemade smoothie bowls. I can eat them anytime and my 13 year old daughter LOVES them.\u00a0 I am going to share what I put in mine but you can make your own of course based on what you have in your house.<\/p>\n
