Once you’ve download the Jow App<\/a>, you’ll be asked a few questions about your dietary needs, the amount of people you’re feeding and what foods you don’t like. For example, Kendra has a seafood allergy, so she made sure to mention this at sign up so no seafood recipes are sent her way. <\/p>\n\n\n

Next, log in to your Kroger account with the Jow app. Jow offers you several meal choices with recipes and even creates your grocery list with a click of a button that you can load right to your cart! If you already have an ingredient, simply remove it. You’ll be able to add to other items to your shopping list, check-out and even buy your groceries. It’s so fun and SO easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
