color: #800080;\">What gets me through the week:<\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>Weight Watchers String Cheese &#8211; 1 point each!<\/p>\n<p>Fresh, chopped veges and fruits in snack bags = at my fingertips<\/p>\n<p>Roasted Mushrooms: Pound of sliced mushrooms, salt &amp; pepper, spray with cooking spray. Roast at 450 for 20 minutes. 0 points and oh so delicious!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.weightwatchers.com\/food\/rcp\/RecipePage.aspx?recipeid=99961\" target=\"_blank\">Fresh Vegetable Soup<\/a> &#8211; 0\u00a0 points per serving. These ingredients are all zero points, so I don&#8217;t count the one point that the WW recipe builder counts. I make a big batch of this on Sunday so I can have it throughout the week.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/2012\/01\/midweek-weight-watchers-recipe-crispy-kale-chips\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kale Chips<\/a> &#8211; 1 point for a whole bunch<\/p>\n<p>Sugar Free Jello Snack with 1\/8 C of Fat Free Whipped Topping &#8211; 0 points per serving!<\/p>\n<p>Weight Watchers Frozen Treats &#8211; these are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/2012\/01\/kroger-deals-with-coupon-matchups-great-lakes-region-116-122\/\" target=\"_blank\">on sale at Kroger this week<\/a> for $3.99, plus there are a few coupons out there &#8211; so I&#8217;m going to stock up.<\/p>\n<p>MorningStar Spicy Black Bean Burgers on an Arnold Sandwich Thin &#8211; a frequent lunch of mine!<\/p>\n<p>Weight Watchers or Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges &#8211; 1 point each. I use these to spread on my sandwich bread at lunch time to replace mayo. So creamy and yummy!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/giada-de-laurentiis\/rise-and-shine-juice-recipe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Giada&#8217;s Rise and Shine Juice<\/a> &#8211; I make this every few days and it&#8217;s delicious!!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-59232\" title=\"ww scale\" src=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/ww-scale.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"280\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Weekly Weigh-in:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>I lost <strong>1 pound<\/strong> this week, although I&#8217;m pretty sure if I had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.krogerkrazy.com\/2012\/01\/5-00-off-weight-watchers-scale-15-00-at-walmart-rite-aid-elesewhere\/\" target=\"_blank\">that digital scale<\/a> it would&#8217;ve said 1 1\/2 pounds. \ud83d\ude09 I&#8217;m not happy with my &#8220;performance&#8221; this week, as I have been cheating a bit here and there. I am DETERMINED to do better this week though, so that&#8217;s all that matters. This is because the new PointsPlus recipe builder totals all of the food values, even though a food may be &#8220;free&#8221; according to the rules. Because of this, I always suggest measuring and entering your ingredients separately into your daily tracker so you have a correct points value.
