What’s FREE at Kroger? Master List

Updated 5/9/13.

Here are all the items you can currently get at Kroger for FREE!

  • Sale dates are based on a Sun-Sat sale cycle, so if yours runs differently then you’ll want to add in those extras days. For example, if your ad cycle runs Wednesday-Tuesday, you’ll want to keep in mind that you have a couple more days to take advantage of the deals I have listed as ending on Saturday.
  • Pricing may vary by region, especially closeout and clearance finds.
  • All of the printable coupons listed as No Longer Available (NLA) I have posted within the last 30 days, so if you printed when I FIRST told you about them – they should be in your coupon binder and hopefully not expired yet.
  • My math is based on the following doubling policy: Coupons $0.50 and lower are doubled. I also add in a 2nd final cost for “high doublers” which is $0.55-$0.99. If your store’s doubling policy differs, you’ll need to adjust the math accordingly and think of this as a “FREE and CHEAP” list. ;)

Let me know if you find something not on my list! :)

The Domino brown sugar coupons I have (both newspaper and magazine) are not valid on the 1 lb size. I think that is an error in the database.

Amy S. – those were very regional, but they did exist.

11 Katarina April 25, 2013 at 1:01 pm

Danae – that coupon is for the GLIDE floss and picks only. Are those $0.99 at your store. The $0.99 ones at my store are not the GLIDE variety.

I got the Van Camps pork and beans for free at the Somerset Ky Kroger. They are 2 for $1.00 and I have the .35 coupon that doubled to .70. Was very excited over finding that deal!

My Kroger would not take the Folger’s coupon…the computer would beep each time and in fine print the coupon says Good only in the U.S.A. on purchase of brand/size indicated…so I was told it had to look like the picture.

19 Vicky May 16, 2013 at 12:54 pm

Kim, the coupon for the Van Camps were for baked beans, not the pork and beans and we weren’t suppose to use that coupon for the pork and beans. Just so you know in case it comes up again.

Well that’s weird. The register has always beeped and wouldn’t take my coupon if I’ve gotten the wrong product before so, I don’t know.

I found bomb pops frozen novelties on sale for $1, there is a .75 cents coupon out there making it free
