JAWS (Just Add Water System) Cleaners Review & Giveaway!

Earlier this month I was given the opportunity to review a new product called JAWS (Just Add Water System). The JAWS system allows you to clean your entire home easily and thoroughly while at the same time reducing your waste! The Just Add Water System uses one reusable, refillable trigger spray bottle that comes with two cartridges of powerful concentrate that, when mixed with water, make an effective yet biodegradable cleaning solution.

THE REVIEW:

I love trying out new cleaning products, especially ones that help reduce waste! I tried out all 4 of their products: Disinfectant Cleaner/Degreaser, Glass & Hard Surface, Multipurpose Cleaner/Degreaser and Bathroom Cleaner/Deodorizer. Do you find that when you get a new cleaning product, you tend to get in the cleaning mood?  Let me tell you, my house is SPARKLING! 🙂 The products were easy to use, have a pleasant scent (that’s important to me) and stood up to the toughest household tasks (even more important!). All in all, I’d say they are a quality product worth trying out. 

Here’s how it works: Insert a cylindrical cleaning cartridge into a standard-style cleaning bottle from the company and add your own tap water. Presto – your household cleaner is ready to use. And it’s kind of fun to watch the solution release into the water. My daughter liked to watch the water turn purple (or yellow, etc.). And when you’re done, you keep that bottle and insert another cartridge. (The cartridges are 2½ inches long and are child safe.) Our recyclables pile up so quickly, it will be wonderful to be able to reuse my bottles!

How much do they cost? Your starter bottle along with 2 refill cartridges average less than $5.00, so around $2.50 per full bottle of cleaner (these are large spray bottles). The 2 count refills are $3.69, so just $1.85 each.
