Looking forward to your emails, and also want to know if you plan for delivery’s. I am a senior citizen and it is getting very hard for me to shop. I also need to know how to operate the pick up when I get there to pick up
Hi Mary, I haven’t tried delivery, but for pickup you choose a day and time windows (ex. 1 -2 pm) when your order is ready you will receive an email or text, it will have a link for you to let the store know when your on your way, once you click that, it will instruct you to park in a spot in the designated pick up area when you’ve arrived, you will then click the link on the message that says “I’m here” and it will then ask what space number you have parked in (my store has a phone number posted with the space # in case you have difficulty with the links) then they bring your groceries out and load them in your car. They always ask me if I have any paper coupons I want to use before they process the charge. (You can apply digital coupons to your account prior to placing your order, there is also a great feature that you can click on to see the available coupons once you’ve loaded everything to your “cart” so you can see if you missed any and add them before checking out.) I shop at Fred Meyer (Kroger) in Eugene Oregon, so if Kroger pickup is different I’m sure someone will comment with corrected info. I love it, especially when I have heavy items. If your picky about your produce and meats, you may want to go in and grab just those items. Hope this helps
