Just found out today the Rogers in Elizabethtown, KY don’t double anything these days. Ended last month and the cashier blamed the customer on why they stopped.

Bruce, nope – at Kroger 4/$5 just means $1.25 means. 10/$10 just means $1 each. The only exception to this is in a Mega Event situation where you must purchase so many qualifying items to get the mega sale price. This is just a regular sale. 🙂
