And…here is my recipe for a super yummy protein shake. I actually RUSH through my morning coffee so I can drink this smoothie!! It is super delish and will stick with you until lunch time!
- 1 C Silk Fruit & Protein
- Frozen Fruit (blueberries are my favorite)
- 1 TB Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Ripe Banana
- 1/4 C Sliced Almonds or Sunflower Seeds (or nut/seed of your choice)
