I had 1 marked at my Kroger store for $1.69!
Some at Walmart are regular priced at $2.99. BUT they are a fancy painted design & fancy packaging. There was a bin below those ones with a smaller package & raised design on the cup (instead of the painted design) for $2.24!!! I think those might be better anyway; no paint to eventually wear off.
