Hi Tammy, I know some were able to but Kroger does NOT intend for those to be stacked with manufacturer coupons.
This is just a question…a silly one but none the less I was just curious. My Kroger add has paper coupons in it. Can those be combined with Manufacturer coupons at the register or is that not allowed?
