My catalina didn’t print either here in Benton, AR you can call catalina and they will help you. Their number is 888-826-8766 press option 3 for consumer and they will help you. Be sure and have your receipt with you as they will need your store number, address, Kroger card # etc.
I didn’t receive the cat at Kroger Marketplace in Gahanna on Saturday. I just submitted the form through Catalina. For people looking for that link here it is: http://support.catalinamarketing.com/
But, FYI, I couldn’t get it to work in Chrome. I had to go through IE for the form to load properly.
I did eventually receive the Catalina via mail for this deal. I did the deal the following week and the Catalina didn’t print the second time either so I entered a second claim with Catalina. Hopefully they will send it to me in the mail again.

I visited two Kroger’s today. One in Perrysburg Ohio and the other in Toledo, Ohios. Both stores did not print the cat cpn. I have put in a request to catalina on both of these. With luck I will not be returning the items 😉

I can’t get that Facebook coupon to print 🙁 Anyone have a suggestion as to why? I haven’t ever printed it before and I liked them just now.

If you did not receive your catalina you can go to catalinamarketing.com and fill out a form. They will send it to you.

I went to the service desk at my store and explained that I saw that catalina online and that it didn’t print. They were awesome about it and gave me a $5 gift card to make up for it!
Mine didn’t pring in Bucyrus Ohio today either. I went to the service desk and they said they couldn’t find in their computers that it had a CAT for it. I don’t know who to contact either but I would like to know myself.

I have tried the mozzarella bites and fried pickles, they were pretty great! My husband thought the fried pickles had too much breading on them. I believe they only recommend baking in the oven.

I not only didn’t get the catalina the 75 cent off 1 coupon didn’t double[Just an FYI for those whose store doubles } . I went to the catalina site and tried to report it but when I clicked on the store where I bought them …it said ” Not Found “
