Well you are lucky to be able to print the coupon. Ever since they have upgraded their software, I cannot print correctly. All I get is a page of 13 copies of the 1st 1/2 inch of the coupon!!! Idiotic to say the least!
Did anyone else have trouble using this RP printable at Kroger? They had an error message that the coupon exceeded the amount of the item and said they could not override?? 🙁
Yes I had the same problem. So she said yeah its cause they cost .99 and the coupon is for 1.69 off so she adjusted it to 1.00 but then I showed her how the coupon is for 2 items so there is no way the coupon exceeds the price and she was surprised and just had to manually adjust it so it would take off the right amount.
