Printable only means printable and not digital. The only way you can load to your card is if kroger has a digital available. Try checking the app to see if they add a digital q for this

Coupons work the same no matter where you go. But walgreens coupon policy states you cannot use a coupon on a free item so you would have to get 4 bottles, paying for 2, to be able to use the $2 off 2 coupon
