Just wanted to point out that if you are a senior citizen you can sign up for a senior discount at the service desk. It’s an extra 10% off of store brand items (including meat). That makes for an even better deal on these cheap mega sale items. My parents signed up for the discount and I use their card so that they can take advantage of the fuel points I add since they drive by Kroger more often than I do. I live nearly an hour away, so I try to only go for big hauls.
In my area we get a 5% senior discount.
