Saving star is manufacturers coupons they ate not meant to be used with other coupons it states that in the FAQ section. Saving star isn’t like ibotta, they’re not rebates.

It says on that coupon excludes the 7-9 oz. stand up bags. I think that is the size ay my Dollar Tree at least?
