Fry’s is my go to grocery store. We are retired military and we have always utilized the base commissary. having said that its important to note that the Kroger experience has all others beat hands down.
Clean well stocked stores with excellent customer service…..what can one ask for.
Also, we used the order/pickup service during high Covid times….employees shopping selections were wonderful.

I was told that if I made three purchases of $30 each I would get 400 fuel points for August. I made the required purchases but the points are not showing up on my balance for August! i think this is dishonest; unfortunately i did not save the receipt to verify this. Also, I did the survey for 50 fuel points and it was not added to my account. False advertising!

i received the 200 fuel points for spending $50 however i have spent $50 more than one ond only received the 200 points 1x even though it said thru Oct 31
i just called and was told the coupons are good for the entire month of October but for only 1 x of a purchase in my case over $50 for 200 points which i did receive
I received a postcard in the mail with 2 coupons – both are for 400 bonus points when I spend $100, one expires today (shopping tonight!), and the other one expires on 11/17.
I got nothing but my girlfriend got 300 for $90

I never get anything. No coupons I the mail from them not the bonus fuel points, the save 5 when u spend 15. Nothing. How and why do selective people get things?
I am in Kroger’s Delta division and didn’t receive the Bonus Fuel Points.

I didn’t get this offer. I checked my settings and it was set to receive emails for their ad, special promotions, etc but I never get them. I reset it but I doubt it will send this offer now.

We got the 200 for spending $50 plus I had a Catalina for $5 off $50. Used them together. My family fills up to the limit of 35 gallons with 3 cars. That is a savings of $35 if you have 1000 points. It sure helps the college students in the family.
