Seems like my Kroger in Louisville KY won’t take my Kroger digital coupons off if the coupon value is more than the discount price. For example, it won’t take my $2 digital coupon off if the sale price is $1.99 after the $1 discount when you buy 5 participating items. Has anyone else seen this?
