I need some help. I have been shopping Krogers for a good while now, since I moved here from NC. Of late, I am unable to get into any Kroger website. I can’t get my fuel points, I can’t check for prices. It is maddening, because I shop specifically to get the bargains and to get fuel points. When I try to access the website, it tells me that it has been permanently moved to a new web address. It does not give a new address.
Do you have any suggestions or phone numbers to call to help with my problem?

Uninstall your app. clean your cache. If on the computer, clean the browser history. Reinstall to your phone, or use desktop to change your password. If this doesnt work call customer service and Im sure they will help you. Speak to a live person.
FYI. Because Kroger receipt shows $0 cost of second BOGO Dave’s Killer Snack Bars purchased, I didn’t get the Fetch 1500 points (must buy 2 on my app), even after requesting a review.
Both Fetch and Ibotta are hit and miss on the bogo deals.
Why has Kroger stopped letting customers in the BOGO deals get just 1 tem at 1/2 price. I am doing most of my shopping now at the new Publix where BOGO deals are offering 1 item at 1/2 price.

I was able to get a deal on the klondite smores and heath frozen bars. originally 4.79 with up to 5x $1 off each with digital coupon and then Ibotta $1 off each up to 3. buy 5 for $2.79 each, coupon expires today.
