I tried to use the coupons at kroger today and they said they won’t take any e coupons over $1
I went to Kroger today during my lunch hour to pick these up and to get my 2 free fancy feasts that I had won through the Joyful Pet Moments instant win game through Kroger…I ended up walking out with 8 cans of cat food that they paid me to take out of the store! It was awesome. I thought for sure they would just mark the second coupon down to match my $3.82 total, but nope! I received 18 cents back! 🙂
Also, FYI, I live in Louisville, Kentucky. And I did not have anything else in my cart.
Worked great at Kroger where they are 10 for $6. I got 15 cans, owed no money and no questions asked. This brand is just the smaller sized cans, they are not trial size. The label on the cans I bought is different than the pic, but it’s still “Iams wet cat food”.
Price on the wet Iams dog food starts at 1.99 each… (and not currently on sale)

fyi… please note… not all Kroger stores carry the Iams wet cat food… I am fortunate enough to have two Kroger locations nearby and one did… one did not. I hope you all have great luck on your side and score a great deal 🙂
The coupon is for a different type of cat food. The type its for is 1.09. My cashier would not allow me to use it on the incorrect type.
Toni, it is not for a different type. The coupon states “THREE Wet Iams cat food (excludes trial/travel size).” As long as you got wet Iams cat food that wasn’t labeled trial or travel sized, you got the right “type.” Follow the wording, not the pictures. They cannot possibly fit every picture on the coupon, and it is usually just a suggestion.
Does anyone know the price of the wet dog foods? There is the same coupon for the dog food.
I didn’t want to put up a fight. I don’t even know why I bother to go to Walmart. Ended up going to Kroger anyways. They are priced at $0.75 each in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
I used this coupon at Fry’s last night and had no problems. I did have other stuff in my cart to eat the overage though.
That is the NORMAL size for those cat food cans! This is not trial size. And Walmart gives overage, so there should have been no issues there. She should have bought other things to eat the overage and it probably would not have raised any questions. Stores get the coupon value if they sell that exact product and 8 cents for each coupon for handling normally. I wish managers knew more product out the door = more sales! So frustrating to coupon at times!
These are $.70 in Indiana, but not bad for $.10. Why would anyone take a coupon to Walmart, not worth the fight.
Just went to Walmart to see how much these are. They have each can at $0.58. Bought 14 and used 4 coupons, and when my total was only $0.12 they scrutinized the coupon and rejected them. The manager said these small cans are trial size. Good grief.
