Are these coupon issues because of a checker refusing to even scan/accept them or is the register beeping?
Sorry that happened to you too. I just had a problem with them last Friday over the American Greetings coupon ($1/2). I called customer service Monday and a manager from the store called me back on Tuesday to apologize. I hope they take our complaints seriously and not just brush it off. I heard many people complained about them and this was my first experience. Good luck!!!
Bad experience today….. I tried to use a coupon like this for a travel size item at a Walmart in San Angelo, Tx. To make a long story short they finally called “Asset Protection” a fancy name for security on me and declined my coupons. I have a call into customer service + a e-mail describing my encounter. I hope no one else has this problem…… I even had their coupon policy with me!!!
