Just got back from my local Kroger store here in Charlottesville, VA. I bought two of the Deep Moisture Professionals 12.6 size ($1.99 each) and the eCoupon was applied automatically.
In NKY, they’re $1.99 and the coupon won’t come off automatically. Went to the customer service counter and was told that I couldn’t use it on any of the “professionals” variety.
I bought the kids and it did not apply also the coupon excludes professional and essentials. What does it work with?

Has anyone confirmed the digital coupon works with the 12.6 ounce Suave Professionals (silver) shampoo? It seems odd the coupon excludes the “12 ounce” size yet it’s sold as a 12.6 ounce.
