Lol Samantha!! Well, I follow the Weight Watchers plan a couple times a year when I want to lose 5 or 10 pounds and the Sugar Free Jello with a TB of Fat Free Whipped Cream is ZERO points! And when you’re on a diet – you’ll take what you can get!! hahaha!! 🙂
On a diet, use sugar free jello then add a ‘dollop’ (loved that you used that word) of whipped cream? Does that not kind of defeat the objective of having sugar free on your diet? 🙂 I’m not on a diet so I would have more than a ‘dollop’ on mine!
