I was able to get it at 12:19pm EST after many tries on different device. The time it worked was on a tablet using DuckDuckGo browser, and had to log out and log back into Kroger, then clicked the free coupon posted above. There should be a left/right arrow next to the $1/2 coupon, so you can scroll to the FREE coupon. The arrow only showed up on this device for me. Good luck!
