My store had a little handwritten sign next to the display of the low-fat chocolate milk that alerted shoppers that there was a digital coupon for a free half gallon of that product. I had clipped the coupon because of your email already. But didn’t remember it until I saw the handwritten note next to the chocolate milk in the store and picked it up.
My cashier even reminded me about the digital coupon at checkout.

If you search for ‘Kroger region map’, there are several sites where you can see which region you belong in.
The mid-atlantic region seems to include both WV and VA, and I know I have read that VA dairy laws do not allow for the FREE chocolate milk. I am not sure about WV.
