    I would stock up on one a day. I have several reasons why too but just to have that extra boost of vitamins would help my energy levels and immune system. I have autoimmune illnesses that could use a good kick!

    I would stock up on One A Day Women’s Multi for myself, One A Day Men’s Multi for my husband and One A Day Kids Multi with Iron for my daughters. They come in cherry gummies and my kids really like the taste of the gummies.

    I would choose the women one a day mutli vitamins. I think if Flinstone vitamins were gummies 50 years ago, most of us would have loved taking them! lol
