Please be mindful when trying to redeem “Best Customer Bonus” coupons for ‘FREE’ items! We hadn ‘t experienced any problems with redeeming such coupons up until now (10/9/22). We had a coupon for a free pint of ice cream with the sales price of $5.99. We expected to receive the item FOR FREE. We read the fine print on the back of the coupon carefully, and no maximum value was stated. However, when the cashier scanned the coupon –and this is a paper coupon, not a digital one!–it was only applied for $4.00. So, a word to the wise, whenever you are trying to use a “FREE” Customer Bonus coupon at Kroger, be advised that just because the coupon says “Free” and no maximum redemption value is printed on the coupon, the product might not really be free!

I used to receive Best Customer coupons in the mail. I haven’t seen this and was wondering why they don’t email them to me as they do for my daughter. I would love to start receiving these coupons again as they are specific to what I usually buy.
I don’t often get coupons in the mail anymore either. I think it’s because I use digital coupons often. I have noticed that those who don’t use digital coupons get coupons in the mail alot more often.
