I had trouble today using my internet printables at Kroger. I waited and waited for berries to go on sale for 99 cents and this week Raspberries ARE on sale so I planned on using my $1 off Driscalls coupons I got for doing surveys in their Consumer Panel program. I had my 5 daily limit per household all ready and I thought I was following the rules.
I was told Kroger does not take “internet” coupons for more than 75% the value of the item. It is in the coupon policy, but I never saw that! Is this the case with all Krogers or just my store? I am afraid to print up any more for fear they will just go unused. Does anyone else have this policy? Thanks!
Hello, I have this policy; “but” it is worded this way “We will usually not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product’s value. For example, a $2 off coupon will be acceptable for a product that normally sells for $5 or more, but a $2 off printable coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions, we are usually provided advance notice by the manufacturer.”
I take this to mean the retail price. These raspberries, in my area, retail for $2.99; therefore a $1.00 off coupon ought to be valid.
The web address for this policy is: http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Partners/Kroger/KrogerCouponAcceptance.html?go=14602yf7310
I hope this helps.
