BUT WAIT!! This coupon states “Redeemable at HEB”!!! Can I still use it at Kroger? YES!!! It is a regular manufacturer coupon that can be redeemed anywhere regardless of the suggestion/advertising. the digital kroger coupon is not working i have it and i tried last night and did not work , i had the same problem with the same product sparkle paper towels 1 dollar off when you buy one 6 rolls or larger the digital never works when is on sale 5.99
