Check your email to see what Loyal Customer offer you received from Kroger!! I just received a $15 off $150 savings offer! Your offer value may be different, but here’s all you need to do:
1) Shop at Kroger anytime from December 9 – 16.
2) Keep your receipt! You’ll see a barcode on it with your personalized savings offer, to use on a future purchase.
3) Redeem your savings! Simply present your receipt at checkout when you shop again from December 16 – 20, and spend the minimum amount in a single order.
Let us know what value you received!

Im confused mines only say holiday offer $15 with a bunch of stars around it but it dont say a minimum then i have another one that say off $150
$7 off of $70. I usually spend $50. I think the coupons are tailored towards the size of your typical basket- but slightly higher. Now I needed to find that barcode receipt
I got $24 off $200 in the mail and it expires 12/20. I also got an email today offering $20 off $200 on a future purchase (12/16 thru 12/20) if I make a purchase at Kroger by 12/16 to trigger the barcode, but it doesn’t say how much I have to spend by 12/16? I called customer service at the store and they didn’t know. Is there a minimum you have to spend to get the barcode?
I got the email stating the $17 offer when you spend $170 and today I spent $178. No barcode on my receipt sooooo I don’t understand. Anyone else having this trouble?
Same here. I’ve emailed Kroger asking for an explanation and a fix. This is the second consecutive week where Kroger offers a savings and their system doesn’t generate it. Sigh!
My husband brought home $13 off $130 last night. I am planning my trip to Kroger for tomorrow. My question is, does my total have to be $130 before mega event discounts or after? What about e-coupons? I would appreciate it if someone had the answer. Thanks.
I got one for $10 off $100
$20 off future purchase if I spend $200 – by email, also confused. Do I have to do the $200 on 1 receipt or total in the time this promo runs.
I never get any emails
I recieved $5 off $20 through the mail and $6 of $60 at Kroger today. If it is cumulative than why is it already printing out before the 16th?
If you aren’t getting emails, coupons, newsletters or anything from Kroger’s…go to the home page and sign up for them. I signed up for community rewards whereby a % of my purchases are sent to the charity of my choice by Kroger’s. You can call Customer Service & ask to be added to their mailing list. Whatever there is to sign up for, do it
I also support my home town sports teams thru Kroger’s from their home page w/o costing me anything. I donate when Kroger has the holiday matches or Empty Plate or any of their variety of things they do for our community.
Kroger is my stop to shop, w/ all the mega sales & sale prices that I stack w/ coupons, they are my champion! I could go on yet…
I shopped at Kroger today. but my receipt had no barcode and nothing about the $7 off $70.
I got an email yesterday from Kroger about the “Get a $7 Savings Offer When You Spend $70.”
I’m confused. I got $10 off $100. Do I spend $100 between Dec 9-16 to trigger it? does the $10 come on a future purchase? Does the future purchase have a minimum?
*OR* am I shopping Dec 9-16 and spending any amount (even a small purchase) to get the $10 off a future $100 purchase.
$7 off of $70. I like to get the smaller ones, even $5 off of $50. Unless I find a great deal on meat or something I don’t ever spend more than this in one trip. Gonna be hard to hit $70…
I got a $17 off of $170 via email, and a $19 off of $190 via snail mail a few days ago.
I received a $17 off $170 via mail, and a $20 off $200 via email this morning 🙂 Kroger is basically the only place I shop. I can’t say enough about them! I am a single mom and these savings help so much. I am making a trip to Kroger tonight so we’ll if something shows up on the receipt too.
I FINALLY got one of these! First time! $8 off $80
Two offers, 18 off a 180 purchase by email and 13 off 130 by postal mail.
I never used to get these offers either. But then I started doing the store surveys weekly for the bonus fuel points. After that I got some offers and coupons.
After that I emailed Fred Meyer customer service to compliment a really fantastic cashier. A great cashier is the best when you coupon.
Now it seems that not a week goes by without a mailer or promotion. Good luck!

Michelle, make sure your Kroger.com account information is all correct. And sometimes it helps if you make a small change like use a different email or phone number. For some reason, that seems to trigger the coupon mailings. Hope that is helpful! 🙂
