We have a new coupon for Hungry Jack Hashbrown Potatoes. I used these for the first time a few weeks ago when making potato pancakes for breakfast. They were delicious. I need to start taking pictures of my delicious creations.

These are around $1.25 at my Wmart, making them 75 cents each. I completely stock up each time I get coupons because they last in my stockpile indefinitely, take up very little room, and my husband and son love them. They come in regular and cheese flavored, both of which are delicious. We even use them in hash brown casserole now instead of devoting freezer space to frozen hash browns–just reconstitute first.
