Susan…most coupons say ‘do not double’ but that doesn’t actually prevent the store from doubling them. The doubled value at Kroger is a cost that the store absorbs, not one that the manufactuer reimburses. That “do not double” just means that the manufactuer will only reimburse face value, it doesn’t mean Kroger won’t double if your store policy allows for it. In some areas Kroger won’t double, in some they double to $0.50 and in some higher than that…..hope that helps! 🙂
