Here in the town I live in in Iowa you can only use 1 coupon for 1 item. Technically it’s only 1 item because the refill comes in the package.
Hi Kathy! You also buy another refill that is sold separately. You can only use one manufacturer coupon per item in every state. So with the free refill coupon, you want to purchase ANOTHER refill (in addition to what comes in the box).
In Portland you don’t get the RR but you do get 1500 bonus points. Kinda evens out.
