I’ve been getting my free donut almost every day. Downloaded the coupon to my Kroger app on my iPhone when it came out. Some days I just walk in, pick up the donut and check out. Always has come up $0 total. One more month to go. As long as I don’t step on my scales I’ll be ok….
Has anyone who has received a Catalina free fresh Kroger donut daily until 12/31 printed coupon seen it automatically added to your acct? For those who downloaded it to their acct from the Kroger website have you redeemed the coupon for a daily donut?
I received the printed coupon on Oct 25, a month later and no donut.
Kroger customer service told me that I was the only one complaining about the free donut coupon. To use it , I must download and place on my acct!!
Kroger said to contact Catalina because it was their printed coupon and their responsibility.
No response from Catalina after 2 emails.

To John , comment (Nov 8), Kroger customer service told me they can not correct the problem.

I was told to contact Catalina coupons which I have done and there has been no reply.
So I have missed over 2 weeks of a free donut offer.

Like many others, I received the printed coupon at the register on October 25th. It stated it was already loaded on my card, but I didn’t see it among my other clipped coupons. The clerk suggested I check the mobile app, which I did not have at the moment. Couldn’t find it there either. Hopefully, Kroger will fix this and make the process easy and painless.

This is a follow up on my comment Oct 28, I received a Catalina coupon for the free daily donut on Oct 25. It states that the coupon is automatically added to my account. I don”t see it on my account.
I called Kroger customer service Oct 27 and started a case file. After no response, I called on Oct 30 and was assigned another case file. Customer service directed me to Catalina.
I have not received a response from Catalina.

This free donut a day printed out from the register, but nothing was loaded to my account. I tried to buy a donut but the price was not taken off my receipt. The self checkout clerk took the price of the donut off my receipt but then took the coupon away from me, so in my case, it was only free for one day.
Went to the Kroger website to place a delivery order via Boost membership. There are no donuts that are free but the coupon is there. A bit perplexed how to take advantage of this offer without any applicable bakery donuts.

Had many times when some family members get a digital coupon and others don’t in the same week.
For this week (10/25/23) the ex got the Free Donut coupon and has used it twice. She said the self-check clerk had to authorize the purchase after the first one.

I have the coupon. I just bought a donut yesterday and they charged me. I didn’t get it free. it doesn’t specify any particular kind.
I received that in my coupons about the free donut also. When I went to ring it up I was charge .99 cents.
Also under the coupon on website at the bottom it states there are no applicable items for this coupon. Not sure what that means.
Not sure if this for when the Bengals win a game. They had a sign posted free donut when Bengals win a game. Totally different than what the coupon states.

I have checked daily and the coupon has not loaded to my acct.
I called customer service and waited and waited, at the same time I registered for a CHAT and did
explain my situation to an agent. She requested that I send a picture of the free fresh donut offer, which I did. Kroger has not responded with an answer. I doubt that Kroger will give me donuts for the missing days.
